- How do I cancel the order I have placed?
You can cancel your order before it has been packed at our warehouse. If your order has already been shipped, you can refuse it at the time of delivery and refund will be processed into the source account, if order amount was paid online.

Out of Stock Items
Occasionally, high demand causes us to run out of certain items. If the item you ordered is out-of-stock, you will receive an out-of-stock email notice and the item will be removed from your order. Please note that you will not be charged for any out of stock items. You will only be charged for items that will be shipped.

- How Quickly Do You Ship?
* We aim to process and ship your order within the standard delivery times. However, sometimes during busy sale periods, deliveries may take longer.
- When your order has left our warehouse and is shipped to your delivery destination, you receive a shipping confirmation email from us. Check the delivery times in the table to know when your order will arrive.
- Track your order: Once your order has been processed and shipped, an email containing the tracking number will be sent to your registered email. If you do not receive the shipping confirmation email within 1 to 5 business days from your order date, go to the My Account page and click on Orders to get the tracking number for your order.
